I like Olive Fresh.  Great selection, many prices are reasonable and even surprising.  I like the Zergut pickled tomatoes.  I've enjoyed the myriad selections from their deli.  There are traditional cold cuts like turkey, roast beef and mortadella, to more exotic cuts like soujouk and basturma and smoked fish and really cheaply priced Russian sausages.  They've got a ton of different salamis! I've passed by this place many times, but today was the first time I've gone in.  It's an Armenian market, with all the lovely benefits like sausages galore, tons of Eastern European types of vodka, rose petal preserves, olives, frozen dumplings of all sorts, and best of all, FRESH GOOSEBERRIES.  Yep.  Never seen 'em in this country, and here they are, 4 blocks from my house! Along with the cheese I usually stock up on apples and Persian cucumbers as they have a LOT of fresh produce to choose from and you can't buy them for the price at any other "regular" store!!
They have all the wonderful meats available to make yummy kabobs, plus all the sides to go with - and you will want to linger over all the lovely pastries they offer from their bakery.....well you'll probably want to take some home to. For sure... Lori K. 2009
